SAASLA priorities

SOUTH AUSTRALIAN AREA SCHOOLS LEADERS' ASSOCIATION
PRIORITIES 2001-2002

1. To further promote positive relationships and enhance the profile of ASPA within the AEU, DETE and other Principal Associations.

2. To ensure that the Annual Conference meets the needs of leaders within Area schools.

3. To construct an interactive WEB page that is a resource for all educators.

4. To increase membership by 15%.

5. To develop an Executive Code of Conduct.

6. To develop, promote and support Area Schools in developing partnerships and strategies of best practice in rural education communities.

7. To increase financial sponsorship by 25%.
